   We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspicious activity.
4. Order Delivery:
   Delivery is available only within Shivpuri city.
   Orders of ₹450 or more qualify for free delivery.
   Orders below ₹450 will be delivered with a nominal delivery fee.
   Same-day delivery is attempted for orders placed before 6:00 PM, subject to conditions.
   We are not liable for delays caused by weather, local issues, or third-party delivery
   partners.
5. Return & Replacement Policy:
   Returns are accepted only if the product is:

• Unused, in its original packaging, and
• Brought physically to our store within 3 days of purchase
  Online return pickups are not available at this time.
  Store staff will inspect the product before any approval for replacement or refund.

1. Refund Policy:
   Refunds may be provided as cash upon product inspection and approval.
   No refunds will be issued after the 3-day return window.
   Some products (e.g., hygiene items, opened accessories) may not be eligible for refund.
2. Cancellations:
   Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our store directly.
   Once the product is out for delivery or picked up, cancellations are not possible.
