Refund policy  

At Parashar Sports, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If
you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per
the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility:
   To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, tags,
  and receipt.
• Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 days of delivery or purchase.

1. In-Store Returns Only:
   All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at our offline store:

2. Non-Returnable Items:
   The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

• Used or damaged items
• Items bought on clearance, discount, or promotional offers
• Customized, altered, or specially ordered products

1. Damaged or Defective Products:
   If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery:
   Please report the issue immediately or visit our store within 3 days.
   Our team will inspect the item and, if valid, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
2. Refunds:
   Approved returns may be eligible for:
   we will accept Exchange and replacement with in 3 days, once the product is received, we will replace the product with in 5 working days
   once refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount with in 5 working days

• Cash refunds
• Exchange
• Store credit, based on the situation and your preference
  Refunds will only be issued after proper inspection and approval of the returned product.
  Cash refunds are not guaranteed in all cases but may be provided at our discretion.
